Honestly? Just about anything and we’d hate to limit you with a list. In the post-COVID world, they’re all great day-to-day accessories. Versatile as can be, bandanas and gaiters have many uses (not just as face masks) so you can explore all the ways to wear them.
Custom adjustable face masks give you the option to adjust the ear loops so they can fit any size face while also letting you put your logo or design on it.
Great question, simple answer: A face mask loops around your ears, covering your nose, mouth and chin, and usually has one to two layers of fabric; on the other hand, a gaiter is a tubular piece of fabric that goes over your head and covers from the nose down. We offer both, custom and in-stock, but (unfortunately) gaiters aren’t disposable, only face masks have that option.
We’re going to get specific here: A 3-ply, non-woven, disposable mask that is civilian standard grade with elasticated loopholes for ears. 3-ply masks are intended for single-use and, if you’re going for sanitary, should be disposed of after one use.
- Layer 1 – PP spun-bonded, non-woven fabric with droplet proof design.
- Layer 2 – Melt blown filter paper 50g.
- Layer 3 – PP spun-bonded, non-woven fabric with inner moisture absorption.
Similarly but completely different: Cloth face masks are a single layer of fabric that loops around your ears that can be washed, reworn, and reused time and time again.
We’ve done our best to make this really easy by offering a downloadable template on each product page. Download the template, work up your design to the specs provided, upload, order. We recommend using Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Some templates and credentials require vector art, which means Adobe Illustrator. Of course, if you need any help with design, we have a team available to help.
Of course! We have custom options for 3-ply (disposable) masks. The benefit? Custom gives you the option to put a design on it. Free branding, anyone?
Best practice for optimal hygiene is to wash your mask/gaiter after each use. We recommend ordering four mask designs so you not only have options, but you have extras for each day. Machine washable (up to 140 degrees) but they hate the dryer so avoid tumble dry to ensure their quality.
Custom masks are not medical-grade. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends medical-grade FFP2 or N95 masks to prevent infection. Our masks are designed for daily civilian use as a way to protect others and reduce spread. Please note that face masks are non-returnable because they’re a personal hygiene product.
