Minimum order is 100 pieces on every type except metal, which starts at 50. Metal badges are the one format that needs planning ahead — allow 30 business days rather than the usual 5–7. Running several tiers? A single order can carry every type at once.
Event Badges by Role
Most events run four to eight credential tiers. We print them as one artwork family — same stock and size, different colorway and role name — so gate staff read access at a glance.
Attendee badges
General admission and delegate credentials, printed with names, companies and session access. The highest-volume tier at most conferences.
Staff badges
Your own team, printed to be recognizable at distance and durable enough for a full run. Reusable PVC hard cards work well for multi-event seasons.
Volunteer badges
Color-coded by shift or zone so supervisors can see coverage across a site without asking.
Exhibitor and vendor badges
Booth staff and traders, usually with company names and a distinct colorway that separates them from attendees on the floor.
Speaker and VIP badges

What artwork do you need?
300 DPI at final print size, CMYK colour mode, and 0.125″ of bleed on every edge. Free templates for every size and shape are available on our templates page.
Do you print eco-friendly or recyclable badges?
Yes. Recycled and FSC® certified stock from $0.19 per badge, for events removing plastic from registration.
Can I order badges for several access levels in one order?
Yes. Attendee, staff, volunteer, exhibitor, speaker, VIP and media tiers can each carry their own colourway in a single order, printed together and packed separately by tier.
