Over the past couple weeks, i've been working with these guys on a big project and I have to say the customer service has been top-notch.

I am a graphic designer under @mrmeltymushy and I worked with Arnett to produce some posters recently.

There was a slight mishap with shipping, but I applaud their ability on taking responsibiltiy and resolving the matter very quickly.

I almost always get a response within an hour. Prices are fair and reasonable. The product turned out perfect.

It was fine except there was mid communication with shipping costs. They were not included in the original quote and we were charged for shipping at a later date, separately.  This confused my client who said she does not want to work with to you in the future. Many good things could be said about the product or the price. But what stands out to me was the buying experience. As an event producer, doing business with a vendor who demonstrates care and the ability to execute is critical. Their process made everything easy from start to finish - I had a creative idea for credentials and they made it happen in less than 48 hours.
