What are game day credentials?
Game day credentials are the wristbands, badges, passes, parking hang tags and lanyards that show who can go where at a sporting event. Staff, media, vendors, VIPs and teams each get a different color or design, so gate crews can check access at a glance. Most are printed with your logo and numbered to prevent copies.
Everything you need for game day
One supplier for every access level, from the parking lot to the press box.

Custom Event Wristbands for Sporting Events
Fast to check at the gate and hard to pass along. Pick the material by how long the event runs and how much abuse the band will take.

Badges & Passes
Laminated Badges & Field Passes
Color-coded credentials make access zones obvious from 20 feet away. We print each level on durable laminated stock, so a pass looks as sharp in the fourth quarter as it did at kickoff.
- All-access, staff, media, sideline, vendor and VIP levels
- Sequential numbering, barcodes and QR codes
- Holographic security overlays [confirm offering]

Game day credential FAQs
How far in advance should we order game day credentials?
Order 4–6 weeks before your first event to leave time for proofs and changes. Standard production is 10–12 business days after proof approval, and rush orders are available for tournaments and postseason games.
What's the difference between cloth, Tyvek and vinyl wristbands?
Tyvek (paper) wristbands are the lowest-cost choice for single-day events. Vinyl is waterproof and lasts a few days. Cloth wristbands are the most durable and premium, built for multi-day tournaments and season access.
Can you match our school or team colors?
Yes. We match PMS colors on wristbands, badges, parking passes and lanyards, and every order includes a free proof so you can check colors before production.
How do you stop counterfeit passes?
Credentials can include sequential numbering, barcodes, QR codes, tamper-evident closures and RFID/NFC chips, which make copies easy to spot and passes easy to scan.
Do you offer RFID wristbands and passes?
Yes. RFID and NFC chips are available on wristbands, badges and parking passes for scanned entry and cashless payments.
Can you ship to multiple stadiums or venues?
Yes. We offer tracked shipping nationwide and can split one order across several venues, so each site gets exactly what it needs.
