Minimum order is 100 units with roughly a 30-business-day lead time, and rush production is available. We keep your artwork on file, so mid-season reorders match exactly. For gate additions, on-site badge printing issues credentials on arrival.

Badge & Pass FAQs
How many badge tiers does my event need?
Most events run between four and seven: pit, paddock, media, VIP, and crew, plus general admission and vehicle. The rule of thumb is simple. If two groups should not stand in the same place, they should not share a badge. Tell us your headcount by zone and we will map the set.
Can badges carry different access by day or by zone?
Yes. We print variable data including day-specific access, zone markings, names, teams, and car numbers, so one design can run across multiple days and access levels while staying traceable to a person.
How do you stop pit passes from being shared or copied?
Sequential numbering ties each pass to a person, and security features like holographic foils, tamper-evident stock, and RFID make badges difficult to duplicate or pass back at the gate.
Laminated badge or hard card: which should I choose?
Laminated badges suit most weekend and multi-day access. PVC hard cards are thicker and more durable, better for season-long programs and premium tiers. Both take full-color printing, variable data, and security features.
Which metal clip fits my credential?
It depends on your credential size. Clip A fits any size we have a mold for, Clip B is built for a 2.125 x 5 in credential, and Clip C for a 3.25 x 4.75 in credential. Use the pairing guide above to match your badge, or send us your size and we will confirm the fit.
How late can we add badges before race day?
Order as early as your entry list allows, and build in shipping time to the track. For gate additions and last-minute changes, on-site badge printing issues badges on arrival.
