Where We Work

Motorsport Events We Credential

We credential motorsport at every level, from a Saturday night at the local dirt oval to a full international race weekend, the problem is the same: the right people in the right zones, fast, with no argument at the gate. The scale changes. The system doesn't.

Stock Car & Oval Racing

NASCAR national and regional series, ARCA, late model and sprint car programs. Pit passes, garage credentials, hauler parking and multi-day fan wristbands built for weekends that run rain or shine.

Road Racing & Sports Cars

IMSA, SRO, club racing and endurance events. Season-long credentials for registered crew, day passes for arrive-and-drive teams, and clearly zoned paddock access for events where the entry list changes every round.

Formula & Open-Wheel

Grid, garage, media and hospitality credentials for open-wheel weekends, including premium metal badges for team principals, series officials and headline sponsors.

Drag Racing

NHRA and independent strips. Pit passes, staging-lane crew ID and tech inspection credentials that hold up to fuel, heat and a lot of handling.

Dirt Track & Short Track

Weekly racing programs where volume and speed matter more than polish. Tyvek and cloth wristbands, sequential numbering, and pit sign-in credentials priced for a full season.

Motocross, Off-Road & Rally

Outdoor events where credentials get wet, muddy and worn for days. Durable laminates, elastic and cloth wristbands, and vehicle permits for chase trucks and support rigs.

Karting & Track Days

Club events, arrive-and-drive days and driver schools. Simple, affordable credential packages that still look professional, including single-event permits and instructor identification.

Race Series & Championships

Multi-round programs that need one consistent credential system across every venue. Season credentials, variable data by round, and reorders that match your original artwork exactly.

The Process

How Motorsport Credential Orders Work

Race weekends don't move. Neither do we.

1

Tell Us Your Zones

Send your access plan, or just describe it. Pit, paddock, grid, garage, race control, media, hospitality, vehicles. We map credential types and colors to each zone so roles read instantly at ten feet.

2

Send Artwork

Vector logos, sponsor lockups and series marks work best. No print-ready file? Our design team builds the credential for you.

3

Approve Your Proof

You see a digital proof before anything runs. We flag whatever won't hold up trackside: type too small to scan at a gate, contrast that dies in direct sun, hardware that won't survive the weekend.

4

Production & Delivery

Production begins once your proof is approved, with rush options when the schedule tightens. We ship to the track, your shop or your series office.

5

On-Site Support

For events issuing credentials on arrival, on-site badge printing handles late additions, replacements and day-of changes without holding up the gate.

Questions

Motorsport Credential FAQs

What's the minimum order for motorsport credentials?

Minimums vary by credential type. Wristbands and laminated passes run at higher volumes, while metal badges and season credentials can be produced in smaller runs for officials and team principals. Tell us your headcount by zone and we'll quote the right mix.

How far in advance should I order for a race weekend?

Order as early as your entry list allows, and build in shipping time to the track. For multi-round series we recommend producing the full season in one run — it locks in consistent artwork, reduces per-unit cost, and means round six looks exactly like round one. Rush production is available when plans change.

What's the difference between a pit pass and a paddock pass?

A pit pass grants access to the working pit lane and hot zones. It's the most restricted credential you'll issue, and it usually carries the strongest security features. A paddock pass covers the wider team area: garages, transporters and support paddock. Most events run them as separate colors with different security markings so officials can read the difference at a glance.

Can you add RFID or barcodes to motorsport credentials?

Yes. RFID and NFC chips can be embedded in badges and hard cards for contactless scanning at gates and restricted zones. Barcodes and QR codes can be printed with sequential numbering for events using scanner-based check-in. The technology sits in the credential itself, not the lanyard strap.

Will credentials survive a wet race weekend?

That's what they're built for. Laminated credentials are sealed against rain, fuel and dust. Cloth and elastic wristbands hold up to multi-day wear without fraying. Metal badges are effectively weatherproof. Tell us whether the event is outdoors and how many days people will wear them, and we'll steer you to the right material.

Can you match our team's or sponsor's exact colors?

Yes. We offer Pantone (PMS) color matching so team liveries and sponsor marks reproduce accurately across every credential in the package. This matters most when the same brand appears on lanyards, badges and parking passes and they all need to look like one system.

Can I order variable data such as names, car numbers, days and zones?

Yes. We print variable data including crew names, team names, car numbers, day-specific access, zone markings and sequential numbering. This is standard for pit and paddock credentials where each pass needs to be traceable to a person.

What artwork file format should I send?

Vector files are best — AI, EPS or PDF with outlined fonts. High-resolution PNG or PSD files work for most applications. If you only have a logo pulled off a website, send it anyway and we'll tell you whether it will hold up at credential size or needs rebuilding.

Can you reorder mid-season if we add crew?

Yes. We keep your approved artwork on file, so mid-season additions match the original run exactly. For events that add people at the gate, on-site badge printing handles same-day additions.

Can I see samples before ordering?

Yes. Request a sample pack and we'll send physical examples of materials, laminates and hardware so you can check durability and finish before committing to a run.

Ready for Your Next Race Weekend?

Bring all of your motorsport credentials onto one system pit, paddock, grid, staff, vehicles and VIPs.

Whether you’re running a local track day, a national touring series or a full race weekend with multiple classes, Arnett can design a credential package that matches your safety plan, branding and schedule.
